What to upload
One subject at a time — ideally one topic or section. Focused documents sort most accurately.
Set the Subject and Year-group in Step 2 first, so the tool labels the right curriculum area and school year.
Clear typed text (PDF or Word) reads best. Photos work too; handwriting and blurry scans are less reliable.
For math with fractions or equations, upload a clear photo of the page — fractions are usually stored as pictures that a text reader cannot see.
Other languages are fine — the tool detects them. The curriculum topics stay in Swedish (Lgr 22).
What to expect
You get an Excel file to review, then upload to the bank — a draft to check, not a finished entry.
The first read leaves answers blank so it can capture every question. Use “Fix with AI” (Step 4) to add answers, or fill them yourself.
Answers marked “(AI)” were written by the AI — always check them.
Multi-part questions (a, b, c) stay together as one row.
It tells you what non-question text it skipped. A blank field is honest, not broken — it never deletes a question.

How should the tool read it?
Photos always use Vision. Word/pasted text always uses Fast text.

Step 2 · Set the subject & year-group
Choose these before reading, so the AI sorts into the right Lgr 22 area and labels the correct school year. (This is what stops it guessing the wrong year.)
